Every week, we share what we call, "Tip Tuesday." These are bits of best practices to help awesome clinicians even better in documenting. We came about calling them tips because they are not anything new but simple reminders of the simple things that tend to be overlooked. We hope you find our tips refreshing.

Different EMRs have different interfaces in identifying the location of wounds on their wound graph. Similarly, they may have different approaches on different devices such as those with mouse pointers or touch screens. Take time in learning how to do this because it's common that this is left out when documenting wound care.
