It’s Tuesday and it’s time for another QA tip!

Every week, we share what we call, "Tip Tuesday." These are bits of best practices to help awesome clinicians even better in documenting. We came about calling them tips because they are not anything new but simple reminders of the simple things that tend to be overlooked. We hope you find our tips refreshing.

“Always follow the wound care plan as ordered. Any confusion or misunderstanding must be clarified before proceeding with the intervention at time of visit. If new orders are obtained, don’t forget to write a physician order in addition to documenting the new orders on your visit documentation.”
